TERMS & CONDITIONS
- TICKETS
1.1. By purchasing a ticket for WANZ GLOBAL Textile and Leather Expo 2024, the ticket purchaser and Cocktail International as the organizer become contractual partners.
1.2. The purchased ticket has no resale value. It may also not be used for raffle purposes and / or for the organization of raffles without the prior express written consent of the organizer. Any violation will result in the loss of the right to enter without compensation. If prevented, the registration can be transferred to another person.
1.3. In case of loss of the ticket no replacement will be made.
- CANCELLATION, ABANDONMENT OF THE EVENT, DELAY, PROGRAM CHANGE
2.1. The organizer reserves the right to change the location and/or date of the event or to cancel it completely. There is no right to refund.
2.2 The organizer reserves the right to change the program or accompanying events without prior notice.
2.3. The Organizer reserves the right to make any necessary transfers to equivalent places for production reasons.
- PHOTOS, RECORDING EQUIPMENT
During the event, photographs and film footage will be taken, which will potentially be published in various media for the purpose of event coverage, follow-up coverage and public relations.
- LIABILITY
Claims for damages from positive violation of claims, culpa in contrahendo and tort are excluded, unless the organizer, his legal representative or his vicarious agents have acted with intent or gross negligence. Claims for damages arising from impossibility of performance and delay are limited to compensation for foreseeable damage in case of slight negligence. The organizer is not liable for damaged, lost, stolen or otherwise lost objects.
- RIGHTS OF USE, ADVERTISING RIGHTS
By entering the real and virtual expo site, the visitor irrevocably agrees that photos and audio/video recordings may be taken during the event and may be used free of charge for reporting and future promotion of the event in all media. He also agrees that this material may be used for sponsorship acquisition. The consent only refers to incidental or incidental recordings of the visitors during the recording of the event / the event recordings.
- DATA PROTECTION
The organizer stores and processes the data provided by the ticket purchaser for the purpose of mutual contract fulfillment. The organizer may only use the data for the purpose of informing the visitor (e.g. event information, newsletter, etc.)
- FINAL PROVISIONS
Collateral agreements, amendments and supplements must be made in writing. This also applies to the written form requirement itself. The general terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in the province of Ontario. Insofar as a jurisdiction agreement is permissible, the place of jurisdiction shall be Ontario.
If individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions should be or become invalid, this shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining provisions. The same applies to any contractual loopholes. In such cases, the legally ineffective provision or the loophole in the contract shall be replaced by a legally valid provision which comes closest to the economic purpose pursued by the parties with the ineffective or overlooked provision.
